Rein in a Dream (RIAD), RFK Community Alliance’s therapeutic horsemanship program, was honored to be the 2025 beneficiary of the Ron Bouchard Racing Charity’s Annual Golf Tournament. The event raised a total of $40,000 in support of RIAD.

The proceeds were presented during a recent visit to RIAD, where Mary Cortese, Golf Chair, and Paula Bouchard, President of the Ron Bouchard Racing Charity, met with Dr. Kathy Mills, President and CEO of RFK Community Alliance, and Cherie Ansin, Director of RIAD. The check presentation also included a visit with Robin, one of RIAD’s horses.

The $40,000 donation will help fund critical program operations, provide care for the horses, and support facility improvements. These investments will enhance the quality of services offered to children and adults with mental health, cognitive, and developmental challenges who participate in RIAD’s programming.

Now in its 30th year, Rein in a Dream continues to provide equine-assisted activities that help individuals learn, grow, and heal. The funds raised through the Ron Bouchard Racing Charity’s event will have a meaningful and immediate impact on the program’s ability to serve its participants. We’re so grateful.
