We are thrilled to share that RFK Community Alliance has achieved full reaccreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA). This reaccreditation is a powerful validation that we continue to deliver high-quality services and that our systems, culture, and care meet the highest national standards.

Shout out to every amazing staff member who contributed! And a big shout out to Tammy Sege-Adede, VP of Performance and Quality Improvement, who led the effort agency-wide.

COA accreditation is more than just a recognition of the quality of care we provide and the standards of excellence we hold ourselves to every day across our programs. It’s a framework that helps us improve, implement best practices, and listen to the community. We can’t wait to keep building on this foundation and continue making an impact.

THE DETAILS

Accreditation is no small feat. Over the past 1.5 years, we did a lot!

• 992 standards reviewed and assessed

• Surveys sent to over 400 people

• 200+ policies and procedures submitted

• 13 logic models created

• 1200+ pieces of evidence gathered

• 75 service recipient and 20+ personnel records reviewed

• Over 40 interviews conducted with staff, board members, and service recipients

• Tours of all residential and service buildings
