His work has touched countless lives, and his impact continues to ripple through Doctor Franklin Perkins School and its Residential Education program. . Whether he is supporting youth directly, mentoring staff, or collaborating across teams, Tim approaches every moment with a deep sense of purpose.

Tim stands out as a leader who is always in motion, both literally and figuratively. On any given day, he can often be found walking alongside a teenager, checking in with staff who serve teens in his program, or stepping in wherever help is needed.
