We are thrilled to share that Dr. Kathy Mills (pictured with one of our adult participants) has been appointed President and CEO of RFK Community Alliance through June 30, 2026 (the end of Fiscal Year 2026). The Board of Trustees voted unanimously in favor of her appointment. Kathy has served as our Interim President and CEO since April of this year, after previously holding the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer.

During this time, Kathy has led with extraordinary clarity, calm, and a deep commitment to our mission. Her steady guidance has been invaluable during a period of transition — supporting our teams, listening thoughtfully, and making decisions grounded in our values. Her leadership has brought continuity, transparency, and a sense of forward momentum that has been felt across the entire organization.

With a clear, ambitious vision for the year ahead, Kathy is focused on strengthening our foundation, investing in our people, and driving our work forward in meaningful ways.
